A shipment is the record DropStream creates when the warehouse reports that an order — or part of an order — has shipped. Shipments are imported from each connection’s WMS on the connection’s shipment schedule, and DropStream uses them to notify the source sales channel that the order has shipped.
To open the shipments list, click Sales Orders in the left sidebar, then Shipments.
What you can do with shipments
- List shipments — what each column on the shipments list shows.
- Search and filter shipments — basic search, advanced query, and filter by status, merchant, sales channel, or date.
- View shipment details — open a shipment to see its items, summary, and the full shipment detail drawer.
- Shipment statuses — what each State value means.
- Shipment actions — reprocess, reset, archive, or delete one or many shipments.
- Set the shipment import schedule — change how often DropStream pulls shipments from a connection.
- Pause shipment imports — disable shipment imports for a connection without losing the schedule configuration.
The toolbar (Filter by, search, Columns, view selector) on the shipments list is the same as every other list page in DropStream — see Saved views, filters, and columns for how the shared mechanics work.
