In case of errors, Shipments may be reprocessed or reset. This can be done in one of the two ways:
- Click on Shipments.
- On the Shipments screen, click on a Tracking Number to view a Shipment.
- Then click Actions and either Reprocess or Reset.
Alternatively you can select one or more Shipments in the Shipments listing and click Reprocess or Reset. This option enables you to reprocess or reset multiple Shipments at once.
