The Shipments list page (Sales Orders → Shipments) is one row per shipment imported from a connected warehouse.
Default columns
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Shipment | Tracking number — click to open the shipment’s detail page. |
| Merchant | The merchant (customer) that owns the order this shipment belongs to. |
| State | The shipment’s current status — New, Open, Error, or Completed. |
| Order | The sales order this shipment was created against. Click to open the order. |
| Store | The sales channel the order was imported from. |
| Shipped At | The date and time the warehouse reported the shipment as shipped. |
Optional columns
Click Columns in the toolbar to add Tracking Number, Carrier, or Imported At, or to hide any of the defaults. Column visibility, order, and width are saved per view.
Sort
Click any column header with a sort caret to toggle the sort direction. Sortable columns are: Merchant, State, Order, Store, Shipped At.
