To open a shipment’s detail page, click its tracking number on the Shipments list.

A shipment's detail page

The page header shows the tracking number, the current status, the shipped-at timestamp, and a link to the underlying sales order. The Actions dropdown at the top right is the entry point for shipment actions — Reprocess, Reset, Archive, and Delete.

Items tab

The Items tab lists every line item included in the shipment with its quantity. When the warehouse reports lot or serial numbers, they appear under each item as LOT and SN chips.

The right sidebar shows the most-used shipment fields:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier
  • Service level
  • Shipping description
  • Shipped at
  • Imported at

Full shipment details (drawer)

Click View shipment details in the summary card to open a drawer with every field on the shipment record, including dimensions and weight.

Field What it is
Tracking number Carrier-assigned tracking number for this package.
Carrier Carrier code (e.g. UPS, FEDEX).
Service level The service the package was shipped on (e.g. Ground, 2 Day).
Shipping description A combined human-readable label, used by some sales channels.
Length / Width / Height / Dimension unit Package dimensions as reported by the warehouse.
Weight / Weight unit Package weight as reported by the warehouse.
Shipped at When the warehouse reports the package was shipped.
Imported at When DropStream imported the shipment record from the WMS.

Toggle Hide empty fields at the bottom of the drawer to collapse fields the warehouse did not provide.
