Add a Connection

The Connection Wizard guides you through the creation of a new DropStream Connection.

  1. In the DropStream Dashboard, click Connections.

  1. In the upper-right, click +Add Connection.

Click +Add Connection.

  1. Give your connection a descriptive Name, and click Continue.

Enter a Connection Name.

  1. Select an existing Merchant from your account using the dropdown menu, or enter a name to create a new Merchant entry. Click Continue.

  1. If you are creating a new Merchant, enter the Merchant credentials in the Warehouse setup and click Continue. If you are using an existing merchant, select the Default warehouse and click Continue.

Enter credentials for a new Merchant, or select the default Warehouse. Click Continue.

  1. Give your Store a descriptive Name.
  2. Select the platform of your Store, e.g., Amazon Marketplace (US).

Name your Store, and select the eCommerce platform.

  1. Enter the credentials and settings for the selected platform.

Enter the platform credentials.

Configuration options vary by provider. For detailed instructions, go to DropStream Integrations, and click the name of your provider.
  1. Click Add Connection to complete the Connection setup.

To complete setup, click Add Connection.

Your new connection is displayed in the Connections view (Dashboard > Connections).
