We recommend that you configure a Quickbooks user account for the dedicated purpose of API authentication.
Configure API user in QuickBooks Online
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- In the upper right Settings menu, click Company Settings under the Settings heading.
- Click the Sales tab, then click the Edit link under the Sales form content heading.
- Check the box to enable the Shipping option.
- Add a custom field named Fulfillment.
