QuickBooks Online - Gather API Credentials

If you have not yet configured the Fulfillment field in QBO, follow these steps first:

Configure Fulfillment Field in QuickBooks Online.

In order to enable API Access, you will need to know your QuickBooks Online Company ID.

Find your QuickBooks Company ID

1. Log in to your Quickbooks Online.
2. In the upper-right of the dashboard, click the Settings gear icon ​, then click Account and settings.
3. On the left, click Billing & subscription.
4. On the right, copy your numeric Company ID.

Note: If the Company ID contains dashes or spaces, you should omit these when entering it into DropStream. For example, if your Company ID is listed as 1234 5678 9012 3456, you should enter it in DropStream as 1234567890123456.
