This article is for whoever connects a ClickBank store inside DropStream — a fulfillment provider (3PL) or a merchant who manages their own DropStream account. You’ll add the store through DropStream’s Add Connection wizard. If a fulfillment provider is setting up DropStream for you, you don’t need this page — just gather your ClickBank API credentials and send them over.
What you’ll need
- A DropStream account you can sign in to.
- Your ClickBank Developer Key and Clerk API Key, both with write permissions — see ClickBank - Get Your API Credentials.
How DropStream connects to ClickBank
Every store connects through the same Add Connection wizard. For the full walkthrough of the wizard’s four steps, see Add a Connection. This article covers only the Store Setup step, where you enter the ClickBank-specific details.
Enter your ClickBank details
-
In the Add Connection wizard, work through to the Store Setup step. Choose Create new store, give the store a Name, and select ClickBank as the Platform. The ClickBank credential fields appear below.
-
Enter your credentials:
Field What it is Example Developer Key ClickBank developer key (write access) DEV-xxxxClerk API Key ClickBank clerk API key (write access) API-xxxxFor where to find each value, see Get Your API Credentials.
-
(Optional) Set any of the following:
- Fill order — enable when orders are bundled at the warehouse; the ClickBank receipt is treated as part of a larger shipment whose remaining shipping notices are auto-generated.
-
Skip test transactions — if enabled, orders with
isTestTransaction=trueare not imported.
-
Click Add connection.
Notes
- Both keys must have write permissions in your ClickBank master account so shipment tracking can be written back to ClickBank.
Once the connection is added, set up your Shipping Transformer Rule, then confirm orders are flowing with Review Order Status.
