This article is for whoever connects a Zoey store inside DropStream — a fulfillment provider (3PL) or a merchant who manages their own DropStream account. You’ll add the store through DropStream’s Add Connection wizard. If a fulfillment provider is setting up DropStream for you, you don’t need this page — just gather your Zoey API credentials and send them over.
What you’ll need
- A DropStream account you can sign in to.
- Your Zoey Store URL, Web Service Username, and API Key — see Zoey - Get Your API Credentials.
How DropStream connects to Zoey
Every store connects through the same Add Connection wizard. For the full walkthrough of the wizard’s four steps, see Add a Connection. This article covers only the Store Setup step, where you enter the Zoey-specific details.
Enter your Zoey details
-
In the Add Connection wizard, work through to the Store Setup step. Choose Create new store, give the store a Name, and select Magento as the Platform — Zoey is built on Magento, so there is no separate “Zoey” option. The credential fields appear below.
-
Enter your credentials:
Field What it is Example Store URL Your Zoey store URL https://store.example.comWeb Service Username Your Zoey SOAP/XML web service username apiuserAPI Key Your Zoey web service API key xxxxxxxxFor where to find each value, see Get Your API Credentials.
-
(Optional) For multi-store installations, enter a Store View Code to import orders only from that store view.
-
Click Add connection.
Notes
- Zoey is built on Magento — always select Magento as the Platform, not Zoey.
- Create a SOAP/XML web service user with the minimum required permissions for API access.
Once the connection is added, confirm orders are flowing with Review Order Status.
