Processing - DropStream imports all Zoey orders that have the status Processing. DropStream does not send an acknowledgement status update back to Zoey. The order retains this status until the order has been shipped.
Complete - DropStream sends a tracking number to Zoey when the order is shipped, and updates the order status to Complete.
