Zoey - Configure SKUs

Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) are merchant-defined codes that uniquely identify products in a warehouse. It is critical that the SKUs defined in Zoey exactly match the SKUs loaded into your warehouse management system.

• Add a new SKU
• Modify an existing SKU

Add a new SKU

To add a SKU to a new product in Zoey:

1. In the Zoey administration panel, click Catalog > Manage Products.
2. Click Add Product.
3. On the New Product screen, enter the product SKU.

Modify an existing SKU

To modify the SKU of an existing product in Zoey:

1. In the Zoey administration panel, click Catalog > Manage Products.
2. Click the product listing.
3. Modify the SKU.
4. Click Save.

Notes

• By default, all Zoey products require a SKU.
• There are no restrictions on the types of products you can use in Zoey when using DropStream.
