Getting Started with DropStream

Welcome to DropStream. This quick-start guide walks you through the four steps to take a new DropStream account from sign-in to live order flow:

1. Configure your account (this article)
2. Connect a Store, Merchant, and Warehouse
3. Customize your Fulfillment Flow
4. Test Your Setup

Step 1: Configure your account

Open your DropStream Dashboard, click your account name in the top-right, and choose Account settings.

Account settings is where you set your company display name and subdomain, configure authentication, invite staff, set up alert channels, upload warehouse carrier codes, and manage billing. You don’t need every section configured to start moving orders, but it’s worth reviewing the defaults before you connect your first store.
