Rakuten - Configure SKUs

Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) are merchant-defined codes that uniquely identify products in a warehouse. It is critical that the SKUs defined in Rakuten must exactly match the SKUs loaded into your warehouse management system.

Configure SKUs in Rakuten

1. In Rakuten, click Manage Products > Manage Listings.
2. Click Search for the specific product.
3. Click the Listing ID.

4. Retain the Reference ID. This is the SKU to be entered in DropStream.

Note: The "Shopping SKU" is not the SKU to be used in DropStream.
