The catalog list shows every product master record across your merchants. Click Products → Catalog in the left sidebar.
Columns
| Column | What it shows |

| Item | The master SKU and product name. Click the SKU to open the detail page. |
| Merchant | The merchant the product belongs to. |
| Status |
Active for normal products. |
| Cost | Per-unit cost if set. |
| Weight | Shipping weight if set. |
| Inventory | Currently available units across all warehouses. |
| Listings | How many channel listings (per-store SKU mappings) reference this product. |
Use the Columns button above the table to hide or show columns; use Default View to save your column and filter choices as a named view.
Search and filter
Type into Search products by SKU, name… to find a record by master SKU, name, or merchant-specific fields. Click Filter by to narrow the list by Merchant. For more complex queries, click Switch to advanced query.
Open a product
Click any SKU in the Item column to open the product detail page. The detail page shows:
- Product Details, Pricing & Costing, Inventory & Fulfillment — the master attributes you can edit.
- Unit of Measure — alternate packs/cases configured for this product, if any.
- Bundle Components — the component SKUs and quantities that make up this product, if it’s a bundle. See Bundle products.
- Channel Listings — every store where this catalog item is listed, and the per-channel SKU each one uses. See About Listings.
- Related Items, Inventory Summary, Recent Activity — quick links to bundles that use this product, inventory levels by warehouse, and the most recent events on the SKU.
From the Actions menu in the top right you can Edit the product or Delete it.
