Konnektive - Enable API Access

The API (Application Programming Interface) provides automated communication between connected systems. In order to automate fulfillment, access to the Konnektive API must be enabled.

If you have not yet gathered your API credentials, follow these steps first:

Gather API credentials from Konnektive.

Enter API credentials in DropStream

In your DropStream Dashboard, click Stores.

Click the name of your Konnektive store.
In Connection details, enter your API credentials:

Konnektive Login ID
Konnektive Password
Order Import Status, one of:
- COMPLETE
- PARTIAL
- DECLINED
- REFUNDED
- CANCELLED
- COD_PENDING

Optional: Enable Import external orders to additionally import orders from the CRM that originated from an external source. This corresponds to the Konnektive order query option showExternal.

Click Save changes.
