Konnektive - Enable API Access

Neil G · Updated

This article is for whoever connects a Konnektive account inside DropStream — a fulfillment provider (3PL) or a merchant who manages their own DropStream account. You’ll add the store through DropStream’s Add Connection wizard. If a fulfillment provider is setting up DropStream for you, you don’t need this page — just gather your Konnektive API credentials and send them over.

What you’ll need

  • A DropStream account you can sign in to.
  • Your Konnektive Login ID and Password, and the Order Import Status you want DropStream to monitor — see Konnektive - Get Your API Credentials.

How DropStream connects to Konnektive

Every store connects through the same Add Connection wizard. For the full walkthrough of the wizard’s four steps, see Add a Connection. This article covers only the Store Setup step, where you enter the Konnektive-specific details.

Enter your Konnektive details

  1. In the Add Connection wizard, work through to the Store Setup step. Choose Create new store, give the store a Name, and select Konnektive as the Platform. The Konnektive credential fields appear below.

  2. Enter your credentials:

    Field What it is Example
Konnektive Login ID Your Konnektive API login ID myloginid
Konnektive Password Password for your Konnektive API login ••••••••
Order Import Status The Konnektive order status DropStream imports COMPLETE

For where to find each value, see Get Your API Credentials.

  3. (Optional) Enable Import external orders to additionally import orders the CRM received from an external source. This corresponds to the Konnektive showExternal query option.

  4. Click Add connection.

Notes

  • Order Import Status must be one of: COMPLETE, PARTIAL, DECLINED, REFUNDED, CANCELLED, or COD_PENDING.
