BigCommerce - Review Order Status

When you set your connection to Enabled, DropStream begins importing orders from BigCommerce, and sending them to your warehouse management system.

Order statuses

• Awaiting Fulfillment - DropStream imports all orders that have the status Awaiting Fulfillment in BigCommerce.
• Awaiting Shipment - DropStream updates the order status in BigCommerce to Awaiting Shipment to indicate that the order has been sent to your WMS.
• Shipped - When the order is shipped, DropStream sends a tracking number to BigCommerce, and updates its status to Shipped.

For an order to be imported by DropStream, it must have the status Awaiting Fulfillment.
