When you enable your Sellbrite connection, DropStream imports orders that have the following status in Sellbrite:
Status for order import
| Status | Value | Description |
|---|---|---|
| sb_status | open |
The order is still open, and awaiting payment and/or fulfillment. |
| sb_payment | all |
Payment for all of the items is complete. |
| shipment_status | none |
None of the items have been shipped. |
Only orders with all of these statuses are imported to DropStream.
