In Account settings, you can update your DropStream subscription billing information — including your payment method, billing contact, and billing address.
Open Plan & Billing
- In your DropStream Dashboard, click your account name in the top-right, then click Account settings.
- In the Settings sidebar, click Plan & Billing.
The Plan & Billing page shows three cards:
- Subscription Status — your current plan and the date of your next statement.
- Payment Method — the credit card on file, with an Edit action to replace it.
- Billing Details — the billing email, optional CC email, and postal address, with an Edit action to update them.
Update your payment method
- On Plan & Billing, click Edit next to Payment Method.
- In the Update Credit Card dialog, enter the cardholder’s First Name, Last Name, Card Number, Expiration, and CVV.
- Click Update Credit Card.
Update your billing contact and address
- On Plan & Billing, click Edit next to Billing Details.
- In the Edit Billing Details dialog, update any of:
- Billing Email — primary recipient for invoices and billing notices.
- CC Email — optional additional recipient.
- Street, City, State, Postal Code, and Country — your billing address.
- Click Update Billing Details.
