DropStream supports a few different payment methods depending on whether you’re paying for a recurring subscription or a one-time custom build. This article covers what’s accepted and where to manage your details.
Subscription payment methods
For monthly or annual subscription plans, DropStream accepts the following credit cards:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
The card on file is charged automatically at the start of each billing period. You can review your subscription, update your payment method, and edit your billing contact and address under Plan & Billing in Account settings.

One-time Custom Build payments
Custom builds are invoiced separately and can be paid by ACH, wire transfer, or credit card. They are not charged to the credit card on file for your subscription.
