DCL eFactory - Gather API Credentials

To connect to the DCL eFactory API, the following credentials are required:

Username
Password
Account Number
Location Code, one of: FR, LA, LN, YK, EX, EU
Carrier Billing Code, one of:
- DCL Account (00500)
- Third Party Account (00000)
- Collect Shipment (99999)
Carrier Account Number, required only if Carrier Billing Code is set to Third Party Account
