The API (Application Programming Interface) provides automated communication between connected systems. In order to automate fulfillment, access to the DCL eFactory API must be enabled.
If you have not yet gathered your API credentials, follow these steps first:
Enter API credentials in DropStream
- In your DropStream Dashboard, click Merchants.
- Click the name of your DCL eFactory merchant.
- In Connection details, enter your API credentials:
- Username
- Password
- Account number
- Location code, one of:
FR,LA,LN,YK,EX,EU - Carrier billing code, one of:
- DCL Account (
00500) - Third Party Account (
00000) - Collect Shipment (
99999)
- DCL Account (
- Carrier Account Number, required only if Carrier billing code is set to Third Party Account
- Click Save changes.
