irms|360 - Enable API Access

Documentation Team · Updated

This article is for whoever connects an iRMS|360 fulfillment destination inside DropStream — a fulfillment provider (3PL) or a merchant who manages their own DropStream account. iRMS|360 is an order destination: DropStream sends orders to it for fulfillment. You’ll add it through DropStream’s Add Connection wizard.

If you haven’t gathered your credentials yet, do that first — irms|360 - Get Your API Credentials.

What you’ll need

  • A DropStream account you can sign in to.
  • Your iRMS 360 Host URL, Access Token, Warehouse ID, Company, and Customer Code — see [irms 360 - Get Your API Credentials](/hc/en-us/articles/360016108974).

How DropStream connects to iRMS|360

A destination is added through the same Add Connection wizard, at the Warehouse Setup step. For the full walkthrough, see Add a Connection. This article covers only the iRMS|360-specific details you enter there. (You can also edit these values later from the warehouse under Connections.)

Enter your iRMS|360 details

  1. In the Add Connection wizard, work through to the Warehouse Setup step. Choose Create new warehouse, give it a Name, and select iRMS|360 as the Platform. The iRMS|360 credential fields appear below.

  2. Enter your credentials:

    Field What it is Example
URL Your iRMS 360 host URL https://api.irms360.com

For where to find each value, see Get Your API Credentials.

  3. Finish the wizard to save the connection.
