| DropStream connects your sales channels to **iRMS | 360** so orders flow automatically to the warehouse for fulfillment, and shipment and inventory updates flow back — without manual intervention. iRMS | 360 is an order destination: DropStream sends orders to it. |
What this integration does
-
Sends orders from DropStream to iRMS 360 for fulfillment, with line items mapped by SKU. -
Receives shipment confirmations back from iRMS 360, including tracking numbers and carrier information, and posts them to your sales channels. -
Receives inventory updates from iRMS 360 so available quantities stay in sync.
What you’ll need
-
An iRMS 360 account. -
Your iRMS 360 Host URL, Access Token, Warehouse ID, Company, and Customer Code. - A DropStream account. If you don’t have one yet, contact your DropStream administrator or fulfillment provider.
Setup at a glance
| The setup involves work on two sides — iRMS | 360, then DropStream — and the recommended order is: |
-
Get your API credentials *(in iRMS 360)* — request your Host URL, Access Token, Warehouse ID, Company, and Customer Code from your iRMS 360 representative. - Enable API access (in DropStream) — add the warehouse through the Add Connection wizard and enter your credentials.
Who does what
- If you manage your own DropStream account, you’ll do both steps yourself.
-
If a third-party fulfillment provider runs DropStream for you, they typically configure the iRMS 360 destination; you just confirm orders are routing to it.
Notes and limitations
-
iRMS 360 is configured as a warehouse/destination in DropStream, not a sales channel — DropStream sends orders to it rather than importing from it. -
Request all five credential values from your iRMS 360 account representative.
