Sellercloud - (Deprecated - SOAP API) Enable API Access

Note: The SOAP API is deprecated. Where possible, please integrate with the REST API instead: see these instructions.

The Application Programming Interface (API) allows for automated communication between connected systems. In order to automate fulfillment, API access must be enabled.

If you have not yet gathered your API credentials, follow these steps first:

Gather API credentials from Sellercloud.

Enter API credentials in DropStream

  1. In your DropStream Dashboard, click Stores.

  1. Click the name of your Sellercloud store.
  2. In Connection details, for API Protocol, choose SOAP.
  3. Enter your API credentials:
  • Username
  • Password
  • Team Name

After entering Team Name, the API URL is populated automatically.

  1. Optional:
  • To integrate exclusively with a specific warehouse, enter the Warehouse Name.
  • Select one or more Statuses for orders to be imported.
  1. Click Save Changes.
