Archive an Order

Before archiving or deleting orders, it is important to understand the implications of doing so. Based on how your WMS has been set up, the archiving of orders may result in duplicated orders.

To archive an order:

  1. From the DropStream Dashboard, click Orders.

    DropStream - Orders

  2. Select one or more orders.

    DropStream - Select an order

  3. Click Archive.

    DropStream - Archive an order

Archived orders can be restored to their prior status by resetting.
