Reset an Order

If DropStream's processing engine encounters an error and is unable to process an order any further until the error is fixed, the order may need to be reset to resume processing. 

Resetting the order will reprocess it from the start and execute all processes again, so any changes that were made by earlier processes before the error and the reset will get overwritten, including edits to the order that were made from the DropStream Dashboard.

To reset orders:

  1. From the DropStream Dashboard, click Orders.

    DropStream - Orders

  2. Select one or more orders.

    DropStream - Select an order

  3. Click Reset.

    DropStream - Reset an order
