DSFX - Configure for Automated Fulfillment

DropStream File Exchange (DSFX) is a set of native CSV formats for exchanging order, shipment, and inventory data with warehouse management systems.

There are three CSV file types (Order, Shipment, Inventory), and three versions of the Order file type.

Gather SFTP credentials

DSFX files are transferred via SFTP. The SFTP server can be externally hosted, or hosted by DropStream. Usernames and passwords should be URL-encoded.

Enable SFTP access

The DSFX connection is configured in the Merchant settings in DropStream.
