The Application Programming Interface (API) allows for automated communication between connected systems. In order to connect to your fulfillment provider, API Access must be enabled. The following steps are required:

- Entering API Credentials
Gathering API Credentials from Your Provider
Contact your account manager at your fulfillment provider, and request your API credentials for your DropStream integration.
Entering API Credentials
Enter the API Credentials in Merchant Settings:

From DropStream Dashboard, click Merchants

Select Merchant

Enter API Credentials in Connection Details
Note: Each Fulfillment Provider will have unique API Credentials.
