This article outlines the steps required to configure your Ecwid integration.

Configure the Product SKU

Stock keeping Units (SKUs) are merchant-defined codes that uniquely identify products in a warehouse. It is critical that the SKUs defined in Ecwid are identical to the SKUs loaded into your warehouse management system.

Gather API credentials

The API (Application Programming Interface) provides automated communication between connected systems. In order to enable API access, gather the required credentials from Ecwid.

Enable API access

Enable the API connection in DropStream to begin automated fulfillment.

Review order status

Setting the integration to Enabled will begin the process of automatically sending orders from Ecwid to your warehouse management system.

Inventory tracking

Inventory tracking is not currently available for Ecwid integrations.
