DropStream connects your sales channels to Core Warehouse so orders flow automatically to the warehouse for fulfillment, and shipment and inventory updates flow back — without manual intervention. Core Warehouse is an order destination: DropStream sends orders to it.
What this integration does
- Sends orders from DropStream to Core Warehouse for fulfillment, with line items mapped by SKU.
- Receives shipment confirmations back from Core Warehouse, including tracking numbers and carrier information, and posts them to your sales channels.
- Receives inventory updates from Core Warehouse so available quantities stay in sync.
What you’ll need
- A Core Warehouse account.
- Your Core Warehouse Owner identifier.
- A DropStream account. If you don’t have one yet, contact your DropStream administrator or fulfillment provider.
Setup at a glance
The setup involves work on two sides — Core Warehouse, then DropStream — and the recommended order is:
- Get your API credentials (in Core Warehouse) — request your Owner identifier from your Core Warehouse representative.
- Enable API access (in DropStream) — add the warehouse through the Add Connection wizard and enter the Owner value.
Who does what
- If you manage your own DropStream account, you’ll do both steps yourself.
- If a third-party fulfillment provider runs DropStream for you, they typically configure the Core Warehouse destination; you just confirm orders are routing to it.
Notes and limitations
- Core Warehouse is configured as a warehouse/destination in DropStream, not a sales channel — DropStream sends orders to it rather than importing from it.
- Request the Owner value from your Core Warehouse representative.
