Disable Order Status Import (Shipment Notifications)

If you Disable Order Status Import, DropStream will stop requesting order status updates from the connection's WMS, and therefore stop notifying the sales channel of shipped orders.

Note: If you disable Order Status Import, orders already imported to DropStream cannot transition from Open status to Closed.

Disable Order Status Import

1. In the sidebar, click Connections.
2. Click the name of the Connection that you want to disable shipment notifications for.
3. In the Connection view, click the Shipments tab.
4. In the Control Panel on the right, click Actions > Disable order status import.
