Blastramp - Gather API Credentials

In order to enable API access to Blastramp, gather the following credentials:

1. Vendor Code
2. Vendor Access Key
3. Warehouse ID(s)
4. Currency Code
5. Freight Tax Rate
6. Order Terms (for example, CREDITCARD or ONLINE)
7. Billing Code
8. Season Code
9. Inventory Mode (for example, Available to Sell)

To gather these credentials, request them from your Blastramp representative.
