When you set the connection to Enabled, DropStream begins the process of automatically importing orders from WooCommerce and sending them to your warehouse management system.
Order import status
- Processing - DropStream will import all orders WooCommerce that have the status
Processingin WooCommerce.
Notes:
- To import orders with a status other than
Processing, email DropStream support at support@getdropstream.com with the name of your store and the desired status. - DropStream does not support multiple import statuses for WooCommerce.
Order completion status
- Completed — After an order has shipped, DropStream will update the order's status to
Completedin WooCommerce.
