Business Catalyst - Enable API Access

The Application Programming Interface (API) allows for automated communication between connected systems. In order to automate fulfillment, API access must be enabled.

If you have not yet gathered your API credentials, follow these steps first:

Gather API credentials from Adobe Business Catalyst.

Enter API credentials in DropStream

  1. In your DropStream Dashboard, click Stores.

In DropStream Dashboard, click Stores.

  1. Click the name of your Business Catalyst store.
  2. In Connection details, enter your API credentials:
  • API Secure Domain
  • Site ID
  • API user email address
  • API user password

In Connection Details, enter API credentials.

  1. Optional: Enter a Tracking Number Field Name, a custom field in Business Catalyst to be used for the shipment tracking number.
  2. Click Save changes.
