The Application Programming Interface (API) provides a means for secure, automated communication between connected systems. Before fulfillment can be automated in DropStream, API access must be enabled.
The following steps are required to enable API access for Adobe Business Catalyst:
Gather API credentials from Adobe Business Catalyst
If you have not done so already, first gather your API credentials from Adobe Business Catalyst.
Enter API credentials in DropStream
To enter the API credentials:
- Go to your Store in DropStream. (In the left pane of your DropStream dashboard, click Stores, then click the Store name on the right.)
- In the upper-right of the Store view, click Actions → Settings.
- Enter your API credentials in Connection Details.
- Click Save Changes.
