Amazon - Support for Seller Fulfilled Prime

Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP)

Seller Fulfilled Prime is the Prime program that allows delivery directly to domestic Prime customers from your own warehouse. By displaying the Prime badge, you are committing to fulfill orders with Two-Day Delivery at no additional charge for Prime customers. Amazon gives you access to the right transportation solutions to help you meet the high bar for the Prime customer experience.

DropStream Supports Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP)

DropStream supports SFP by accepting tags from Amazon that designate orders as SFP orders and mapping that field to your WMS. Allowing you to identify them as Prime and purchase labels for them from Amazon.
Once shipment details are loaded into your WMS, DropStream's automations promptly push that data to Amazon, helping to satisfy the timing requirements.

Additional Details:
  • Amazon allows merchants to fulfill Prime orders with a fulfillment channel of "MFN". Previously, Prime orders could only be fulfilled if the fulfillment channel was "FBA".
  • DropStream is able to offer support for Seller Fulfilled Prime orders by leveraging this functionality. If an order is a Prime order, DropStream imports that tag from Amazon and can map this to a field in your WMS. In order to facilitate this mapping, please contact DropStream Support at
  • With Prime orders, the warehouse must purchase shipping labels from Amazon. The connection for shipping label purchasing is direct between the fulfillment provider and Amazon just as it would be for FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc. DropStream is not involved in the label purchasing process.
