Amazon - Gathering API Credentials - Updated

In order to enable API Access, the following credentials must be gathered:
    
  • Seller ID
  • Marketplace ID
  • Merchant Token
  • Authorization Token

Gathering Seller ID & MWS Auth Token

DropStream supports accounts registered in either the NA (US, Canada, Mexico), EU (Europe), or FE (includes Australia) regions.

To gather these credentials, follow these steps:


1. Go to the User Permissions page in Seller Central and log into your Amazon seller account as the primary user.

        i. Take note of your Seller ID under your Account Information 

2. Click the Authorize a developer button.

3. In the Developer name text box, enter "Dropstream as the developer you are authorizing. 

4. In the Developer ID text box, enter 5959-1916-0995 for the NA Region, 3125-6796-3826 for the EU Region, and 8119-6000-7367 for the FE Region.

5. Click the Authorize developer button. Your MWS Auth Token will appear. Take note of the MWS Auth Token.


Gathering Merchant Token

To gather the merchant token:

1. Login to your Amazon Marketplace administration panel.

2. Click Settings > Account Info

3. Under the heading Your Merchant Token, take note of the Merchant Token
