How do I reprocess orders?

When needed, you can reprocess orders from the UI in a number of ways:

1. Reprocess MULTIPLE orders from the Orders Dashboard

i. Navigate to the Orders Dashboard by clicking "Orders" in the left navigation menu



ii. Select ALL orders on the page by clicking the checkbox next to "External Id"

    
or

   Select SEVERAL orders by clicking on the checkboxes next to the desired orders.

iii. At the bottom of the page, click Actions > Reprocess



2. Reprocess ONE order from the Orders Dashboard

i. Navigate to the Orders Dashboard

ii. Select the order you wish to reprocess by clicking the checkbox to the left of the order. 

iii. Click Actions > Reprocess to the right of the order.



3. Reprocess an order from its view

i. Navigate to the specific order that you wish to reprocess

ii. Click Actions > Reprocess in the upper right of the order view
