ClickBank - Reviewing Order Status

Orders from ClickBank can have the following statuses:

New: When the order is imported and waiting for to be processed to push to warehouse

Error: When the order process failed ( mostly due to Sku mismatch or there is no default shipping method)

Open: Waiting for Fulfillment Center to Ship this order

Closed: When the shipment is done and the ship notification is generated and created successfully in ClickBank

Note: If an order is Cancelled or Refunded, and if the ship notification is not yet generated in ClickBank, this order should be manually canceled. If the order is returned back to the warehouse, you should contact your customer to let them know about the return status so the order can be refunded accordingly in ClickBank.
